THE REASON
The increased concern among educators and parents regarding the abilities of students lead to the inception of Coppins' Corner Literacy Development Center. The primary goal of the reading and mathematics instruction is to develop skilled learners. From the acquisition of phonics and comprehension, to math facts and basic computation, we address the gaps that are causing learners to struggle and underachieve in the classroom. Coppins’ Corner supplements classroom instruction to ensure consistency, minimize confusion and frustration in order to get the best outcome.
OUR VISION
Coppins' Corner Literacy Development Center helps students acquire and retain reading and math skills that promote academic excellence, encourage self-confidence, and introduce reading and math strategies that foster a desire to learn.
THE MISSION
Coppins’ Corner’s mission is to motivate students to want to learn, to promote self-confidence and help learners become proficient with instructional practices that foster their overall success.
